Con mi experiencia de vida muy resumida quiero inspirar a todas aquellas personas que están pasando un momento crítico o doloroso, a entender el porqué de las circunstancias y emociones que nos rodean. Todo es un aprendizaje de vida para el crecimiento personal y para llegar a ser felices, pues de eso se trata la vida, de fluir y ser feliz. Espero ayudaros a cambiar esos patrones adquiridos que no sirven para aprender, y cambiarlos por otros tantos que os puedan ayudar a salir del sin sentido en el que quizás os encontréis. Siempre hay una pequeña luz en la oscuridad, tan solo hay que encontrar ese camino interior hacia el despertar. Aquí os dejo mi autobiografía en formato audiolibro, narrada por mí, espero que halléis una bonita inspiración en vuestro proceso.
With my very summarized life experience, I want to inspire all those people who are going through a critical or painful moment, to understand the reasons for the circumstances and emotions that surround us. Everything is life learning for personal growth and to become happy, because that is what life is all about, to flow and be happy. I hope to help you change those acquired patterns that are useless for learning, and change them for many others that can help you get out of the nonsense in which you may find yourself. There is always a little light in the dark, you just have to find that inner path to awakening.
